You may be carrying a loss others cannot see. Navigating a pregnancy that feels more frightening than joyful. Or wondering why parenthood feels so different from what you imagined.
Therapy offers space to speak honestly, make room for difficult feelings, and explore what support can look like for you. You don’t need the right words—or a clear plan—to begin.
Support for infertility, reproductive uncertainty, pregnancy and postpartum anxiety or depression, and the emotional transition into parenthood.
Care following pregnancy or infant loss, termination for medical reasons, and bereavement. A place to honor what your loss means to you, without pressure to move on.
Support with reproductive trauma, distressing experiences, and life changes. Together, we can explore ways to feel more grounded and navigate daily life.

You don’t have to arrive with the right words or put a positive spin on what you’re going through. I offer a warm, thoughtful space where we can make room for grief, uncertainty, and conflicting feelings. Together, we’ll explore what matters to you and what support could look like in your day-to-day life, with respect for your pace, your values, and your story.
I also provide clinical supervision and educational presentations related to grief, reproductive mental health, and culturally responsive care.
